Updated HOA dues

Hi neighbors!

By now you all should have received an updated HOA letter which we (the board) personally delivered to your homes. As you've seen, our annual dues are now $100 per year. While an increase, it's so slight in comparison to the inflation we're all experiencing elsewhere.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to the board for any questions or concerns, especially regarding your past due balances (which we desperately need to collect in order to keep our insurance policies active as well as grounds maintenance with the retention ponds). It is very costly to clean up those areas when they are not maintained regularly. The cost of cleaning is approximately $1200 when they are not maintained.

We will be updating this page as well as the Facebook group to notify you of the upcoming annual meeting once we secure a date and location.

Please also note the P.O. Box address should be number 244, NOT 224.
